Seasonal Account Coordinator

Job Summary

As a Seasonal Contracted Account Coordinator, this remote position will manage daily customer communications, assist with project needs and product guidance, and ensure a seamless customer experience during the busy holiday season, with flexible hours based on volume.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily direct email correspondence with Design Studio customers
• Gather project needs and provide custom pricing quotes and product guidance
• Assist the Design Studio team in various tasks to ensure a flawless customer experience

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a customer support position or relevant customer-facing roles
• Experience using Zendesk is strongly preferred
• Ability to resolve issues rapidly and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer advocacy
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred, but not required
