Seasonal Admissions Evaluator

Job Summary

Remote and part-time, the Seasonal Admissions Evaluator will assist the undergraduate admissions team by evaluating applications, processing credentials, and maintaining student records during a three-month employment period.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating undergraduate applications for all campuses
• Process credentials related to admissions and maintain student academic files
• Correspond with campus partners to address inquiries regarding admission policies and documentation

Required qualifications

• Three years of general office experience or equivalent, including one year in an academic setting
• Demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills
• College coursework in a related area is preferred
• Must reside in the state of Utah to be considered for the position
• Ability to perform essential job functions as outlined in the position description
