Seasonal Admissions Specialist
Job Summary
To support the Graduate and Professional Admissions team, the full-time Seasonal Admissions Specialist will assist with evaluation processes, manage applicant records, and ensure compliance with admission requirements in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate and enter GPA information for applicants, ensuring all transcripts are received and authentic
- Advise prospective applicants on course prerequisites and maintain accurate records in the Student Information System (SIS)
- Conduct quality control functions and assist with ad-hoc projects to improve office efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Flexibility to work during peak seasons, particularly from October to February
- Experience with data entry in a structured office environment
- Understanding of student admissions practices and graduate programs
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products
