Seasonal Adventure Readiness Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Adventure Readiness Specialist - East.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming vehicle inventory while maintaining vehicle quality and readiness
• Assist technicians with basic vehicle repairs and support the workshop by maintaining tool and equipment readiness
• Act as a first point of contact for owners, assist with parts organization, and participate in training and career development programs

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Experience in a hands-on environment is valued; at least one year of direct automotive experience is preferred
• Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license with no recent suspensions
• Ability to work a flexible 40-hour week, including varied shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs and using tools effectively
