Seasonal Application Processor

Job Summary

Supporting the Domestic First-Year Admissions team, the part-time Seasonal Application Processor will assist in processing over 60,000 first-year applications for the Autumn 2027 class, working remotely while managing a high volume of applications with speed and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and accurately enter applicant data
• Process 150+ applications per day and verify completeness for admission review
• Evaluate applications for minimum requirements and calculate GPAs

Required Qualifications

• High school graduation or GED equivalent
• One year of admissions or registrar's office experience, or one year's college education
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Familiarity with U.S. high school/college systems and GPA calculation
• Intermediate computer literacy
