Seasonal Application Reviewer (Ohio)

Job Summary

To support the Undergraduate Admissions team, the part-time Seasonal Application Reviewer (Ohio) will conduct holistic evaluations of domestic and international first-year applications remotely, ensuring compliance with enrollment guidelines and participating in required trainings and meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Review application materials and make admissions recommendations based on established guidelines
• Attend monthly trainings and individual coaching sessions to stay updated on procedural changes
• Maintain confidentiality and security of admissions files and university materials throughout the review process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in counseling, human relations, or education
• Knowledge of college/university policies and procedures
• Familiarity with recruitment and counseling practices in higher education
• Recent experience in college admissions, high school guidance, or high school teaching
• Previous application reviewing experience is desired
