Seasonal Associate Relations Advisor

Job Summary

Serving as the primary contact for associate relations and ethics concerns, the remote seasonal Associate Relations Advisor will investigate complaints, provide leadership training on fair employment practices, and ensure compliance with employment laws while managing a high case volume.

Key responsibilities

• Address associate relations concerns by counseling associates and leaders, mediating disputes, and conducting investigations
• Respond to concerns via telephone, chat, or email, providing guidance and coaching on employment-related issues
• Ensure compliance with human resources policies and regulatory guidelines while documenting associate relations issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of five years of experience in HR generalist or consultant roles, with extensive knowledge of employment laws
• Experience handling reasonable accommodations for at least three years
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make independent decisions and manage conflicting priorities
• Demonstrated customer service and coaching skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
