Job Summary

A company is looking for a Baseball Data Support Coordinator (Seasonal).

Key Responsibilities

• Support MLB Club inquiries and internal technology incident response during night and weekend shifts
• Investigate and monitor data quality issues proactively and responsively
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure accuracy in data and metrics

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with data and/or technology related to baseball
• Experience in a customer support role with technical and non-technical users
• Flexibility to work scheduled night, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Experience with SQL or similar database querying is preferred
• Some knowledge of tracking technology, including optical and radar systems, is preferred
