Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefit Customer Service Representative - Seasonal Colleague - Non Bilingual.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build rapport and respond to plan participants compassionately, ensuring timely and accurate service via phone, email, and instant messaging
  • Safeguard confidential information in accordance with HIPAA and Data Privacy laws while translating complex plan information into understandable terms
  • Document call and case notes accurately and participate in team meetings and training regularly
Required Qualifications
  • High School degree required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in a customer service-related field
  • Ability to work in a structured environment and adhere to work schedules
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and ability to manage multiple computer windows
  • Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
