Job Summary
A company is looking for a Benefit Customer Service Representative - Seasonal Colleague - Non Bilingual.
Key Responsibilities
- Build rapport and respond to plan participants compassionately, ensuring timely and accurate service via phone, email, and instant messaging
- Safeguard confidential information in accordance with HIPAA and Data Privacy laws while translating complex plan information into understandable terms
- Document call and case notes accurately and participate in team meetings and training regularly
Required Qualifications
- High School degree required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in a customer service-related field
- Ability to work in a structured environment and adhere to work schedules
- Experience using Microsoft Office and ability to manage multiple computer windows
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
