Job Summary

Working remotely on a part-time basis, the Seasonal Benefit Enrollment Counselor will manage client training, enhance employee benefit enrollment experiences, and support communication for core and voluntary benefits during the peak season from September to December.

Key responsibilities:
  • Virtually attend orientation and client training sessions
  • Support the enrollment process for core and voluntary employee benefits in a call center environment
  • Maintain accurate data entry and effective communication with clients and team members
Required qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service and/or sales, both in-person and over the phone
  • Proficiency in computer skills and ability to navigate enrollment systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, in a call center environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Ability to work from home in any location within the United States
