Job Summary

To support a mission-driven team, the full-time Seasonal Benefits Advocate will guide members through their benefit options, resolve concerns, and provide healthcare solutions while working remotely from August through December 2026.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and emails, providing clear explanations about benefits, costs, and provider options
  • Assist members in comparing benefits during open enrollment and life changes to ensure informed decisions
  • Resolve benefit-related issues by researching plan details and coordinating follow-ups for timely updates
Required qualifications
  • At least one year of customer service or benefits experience
  • Ability to manage inquiries efficiently and maintain attention to critical details
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and internal systems for research and documentation
  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, or benefits administration is preferred
  • Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining quality and accuracy
