Job Summary

A company is looking for a Seasonal Backcountry Bike Gearhead.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide concierge level service to customers and assist with product inquiries
• Answer calls, chats, and emails while building relationships with riders
• Learn processes to meet customer needs and follow up on inquiries

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in the cycling industry preferred
• A passion for cycling and helping people
• Customer service and sales experience strongly preferred
• Schedule flexibility, including weekends and evenings until 10:00pm
• Basic computer operating skills and ability to multitask
