• Provide concierge level service to customers and assist with product inquiries
• Handle calls, chats, and emails while building relationships with riders
• Resolve customer issues related to orders, returns, and shipping

Required Qualifications

• Experience in the cycling industry preferred
• Passion for cycling and helping people
• Basic computer operating skills and ability to multitask
• Schedule flexibility, including weekends and evenings
• Customer service and sales experience strongly preferred
