Job Summary

A company is looking for a Seasonal Bilingual Wellness Services Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls for health and wellness incentive programs
• Register members to wellness programs, administer health assessments, and conduct retention campaigns
• Assist members with navigating wellness portals and ordering catalog items

Required Qualifications:

• At least one year of customer service experience in a call center environment
• Flexibility to work with different software programs and interfaces
• Ability to meet productivity requirements in a remote home office setting
• Ability to type at least 65 WPM
• Bilingual in English/Spanish
