Job Summary

To support emergency response efforts for residents affected by natural disasters, the Seasonal Call Center Supervisor will lead a remote team, overseeing hiring, training, and performance management of call center representatives during a contract period of 30 days to 4 months.

Key responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and prepare call center representatives to effectively respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues
  • Monitor and evaluate agent performance, providing coaching and corrective actions as needed
  • Drive continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and the implementation of best practices
Required qualifications:
  • 3 or more years of call center experience in collections, sales, customer service, or technical support
  • 1 or more years of supervisory experience preferred
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required
  • US Citizenship required due to government assignment
  • Strong computer skills and experience
