Seasonal Client Relationship Specialist

Job Summary

To ensure a seamless client experience during tax season, the part-time Seasonal Client Relationship Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communications, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the virtual tax preparation process
• Analyze and resolve complex client issues while maintaining thorough documentation of interactions
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of client needs and promote client retention

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or financial services, preferably in a large phone center
• Experience with CRM systems, including Salesforce, preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams
