Job Summary

Providing essential support to voters, the seasonal hourly Client Success Support Specialist will manage inbound and outbound calls, address voter inquiries, and document interactions while working remotely with flexible hours through November.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from voters, addressing inquiries and concerns
• Provide exceptional service through active listening and empathetic responses to voter issues
• Accurately document voter interactions and escalate complex issues to leadership as needed

Required Qualifications

• Experience in client success or a call center environment preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism
• Proficiency in using computer systems and call center technology
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
