A company is looking for an Associate Recruiter for College & International Programs (Seasonal).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews to assess candidates' interest, skills, and suitability for the program
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with recruitment goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 3 or more years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in recruitment operations, including interview techniques and applicant assessments
• Strong technical acumen with experience in Microsoft Office products and SharePoint
• Ability to navigate and troubleshoot various system platforms
