Job Summary
Seeking Seasonal Contact Center Agents for a full-time remote position, responsible for answering inbound calls to support hurricane disaster relief needs while providing excellent customer service and assistance to individuals registering for disaster aid.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a direct point of contact for individuals registering for disaster assistance, providing instructions and referrals
- Conduct calls with patience and courtesy, entering information into a Windows-based database as required
- Escalate dissatisfied callers to the appropriate channels while maintaining a high level of professionalism
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- At least 6 months of customer service-related experience
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Access to a high-speed internet connection with specified requirements
