Seasonal Contact Center Agent

Job Summary

Seeking Seasonal Contact Center Agents for a full-time remote position, responsible for answering inbound calls to support hurricane disaster relief needs while providing excellent customer service and assistance to individuals registering for disaster aid.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a direct point of contact for individuals registering for disaster assistance, providing instructions and referrals
• Conduct calls with patience and courtesy, entering information into a Windows-based database as required
• Escalate dissatisfied callers to the appropriate channels while maintaining a high level of professionalism

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• At least 6 months of customer service-related experience
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Access to a high-speed internet connection with specified requirements
