Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 2+ years of experience in high-end retail, guest services, or contact center environment
- Experience in a call center is a plus
- Technologically proficient and customer-focused
- Certificate of training in a customer service program or prior customer service experience desired
