Job Summary

Supporting members from August through December 2026, the full-time Seasonal Customer Care Associate will handle incoming calls, resolve healthcare-related inquiries, and coordinate follow-up while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide direct support by handling incoming calls and explaining healthcare benefits and services
  • Resolve member issues by identifying needs, researching information, and determining next steps
  • Coordinate follow-up through outbound calls and maintain accurate member records in compliance with regulations
Required qualifications
  • At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or call center environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex information clearly and build rapport
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple requests accurately
  • Self-motivated and productive in a remote work environment
