Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with billing/insurance verification and product/service inquiries via phone, email, and web
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls while proactively identifying solutions to customer questions
  • Provide technical support and ensure a best-in-class service experience while adhering to privacy and safety policies
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6+ months of experience working with computer and web-based tools
  • Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills
  • Must submit and pass a pre-employment drug test
