Job Summary
Providing expert support across multiple channels, the full-time Seasonal Customer Care Specialist will ensure seamless customer interactions by resolving order inquiries and delivering exceptional service, all in a remote capacity during the busy holiday season from August 24th to January 15, 2027.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the face of the brand by delivering first-rate customer experiences through phone, email, SMS, and live chat
- Develop a deep understanding of products to provide accurate information and design advice to customers
- Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining accurate records of interactions
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
