Job Summary

A company is looking for a Seasonal Customer Relationship Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to reservations and customer inquiries
  • Educate customers on services, policies, and procedures while assessing their childcare needs
  • Complete the reservation process and maintain relationships with internal and external network providers
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience
  • Typing proficiency of 35 wpm and above average data entry skills
  • Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook and Word
  • Ability to learn new software systems and assess caller needs without a scripted process
