Job Summary
A company is looking for a Seasonal Customer Relationship Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to reservations and customer inquiries
- Educate customers on services, policies, and procedures while assessing their childcare needs
- Complete the reservation process and maintain relationships with internal and external network providers
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience
- Typing proficiency of 35 wpm and above average data entry skills
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook and Word
- Ability to learn new software systems and assess caller needs without a scripted process
