• Perform database updates, resolve customer concerns, and report trends to Leads

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of customer service experience in a call queue environment preferred
• Ability to learn new processes and systems quickly
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and data entry
• Reliable high-speed internet access and a dedicated workspace for remote work
