Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process a high volume of inbound customer orders via phone, email, and chat efficiently and accurately
  • Assist with CRM data cleanup and organization to maintain accurate customer records
  • Resolve technical purchase-related inquiries and assist customers with product activation issues
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role in the music or music education industry
  • Familiarity with MakeMusic Cloud or Finale, or the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical purchase issues via telephone and email
  • Technical proficiency with both PC and Mac platforms
  • Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment managing high volumes of inquiries
