Seasonal Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Seasonal Sales & Customer Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers by taking inbound phone calls and providing exceptional service
• Build relationships with customers and apply knowledge of outdoor products and gear
• Utilize de-escalation techniques and creativity to resolve customer inquiries effectively

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail and/or customer service call center preferred
• Ability to navigate computer systems efficiently
• Must attend a two-week sales and service training class
• Must reside within 100 miles of an REI Retail location
• Minimum age requirement of 18 years
