Job Summary
A company is looking for a Seasonal Inbound Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer interactions via phone, email, and/or chat
- Assist customers with placing, modifying, and tracking orders
- Provide accurate product information and resolve customer concerns related to shipping, returns, and exchanges
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' customer service experience in a call center environment
- Experience in eCommerce or retail apparel support preferred
- Ability to work a full-time schedule with assigned shifts
- Must have a dedicated home office workspace with reliable internet connection
