Job Summary

A company is looking for a Seasonal Inbound Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound customer interactions via phone, email, and/or chat
  • Assist customers with placing, modifying, and tracking orders
  • Provide accurate product information and resolve customer concerns related to shipping, returns, and exchanges
Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years' customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Experience in eCommerce or retail apparel support preferred
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule with assigned shifts
  • Must have a dedicated home office workspace with reliable internet connection
