Seasonal Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

To support a busy fall season, the seasonal part-time Customer Service Representative will process inbound calls, chats, and emails to resolve customer inquiries and assist with navigating educational resources, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Resolve customer concerns regarding orders, accounts, or products
• Assist customers via phone, email, and chat while navigating websites and digital resources
• Accurately enter data into multiple web-based applications

Required qualifications:

• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email usage
• Ability to multi-task and utilize multiple systems simultaneously
• Strong data entry and phone skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours during peak times
• Good attendance and performance record
