Job Summary
Assisting clients' customers via inbound calls, the seasonal part-time Customer Service Representative will provide excellent service in a fast-paced work-from-home environment, focusing on issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns with speed and professionalism, ensuring a one-call resolution mindset
- Accurately document customer interactions in client systems while following required scripts, policies, and procedures
- Consistently create an exceptional customer experience through various communication channels, including calls and online chat
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role within a transaction-based environment, such as a call center or retail
- High School Diploma or GED/equivalent
- Flexibility in work schedule, including availability for at least one weekend day
- Computer literacy with typing skills of at least 25 WPM
- Ability to work in a quiet, secure environment with a direct internet connection and required technology setup
