Seasonal Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

To support a vibrant customer experience during the holiday season, the part-time Seasonal Customer Service Representative will engage with customers remotely, handling inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media while resolving unique concerns and providing exceptional service from September through December 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer interactions across multiple channels with ownership and warmth
• Resolve complex customer inquiries and fulfillment challenges promptly without relying on scripts
• Document customer interactions accurately within CRM platforms while identifying operational improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience in high-end customer service with a focus on problem-solving and creative thinking
• Familiarity with omni-channel CRM platforms and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• Experience in design-related work and fulfillment, such as photo printing and managing design files
• Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail
