Job Summary

Representing a leading online tuxedo rental company, the full-time Seasonal Customer Service Representative will provide authentic customer experiences via phone, email, and chat, assisting with inquiries, order facilitation, and problem resolution in a remote work environment through mid to late October.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels, primarily focusing on phone interactions
• Take ownership of customer issues, providing effective solutions and following through to resolution
• Meet performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity while participating in training and cross-training opportunities

Required qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and technical savvy
• Ability to provide a distraction-free, ergonomically sound home office environment
• Must reside in specified states and pass required background checks
