Seasonal Customer Service Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Seasonal Consumer Sales Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve customer questions, complaints, and requests primarily via phone and email
• Process customer orders over the phone
• Educate and/or sell products to customers

Required Qualifications

• Ability to perform data entry using Windows and cloud-based software
• Creative problem-solving skills to enhance customer experience
• Availability to work Monday-Friday from 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM PT
• Must complete a pre-employment drug screen
• Seasonal position lasting up to six months within a 12-month period
