Required Qualifications:
  • 0-1 year of experience in an inbound customer call center or similar customer service role
  • Must exhibit a polite and professional demeanor with a positive attitude
  • Ability to quickly learn complex software applications
  • Basic knowledge of major internet browsers and Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Internet connection with a minimum speed of 10Mbps down
