Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Center Representative - Seasonal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound phone calls and respond to client emails within defined service levels
- Build strong client relationships while maintaining a polite and informative attitude
- Escalate unresolved issues to management as needed
Required Qualifications:
- 0-1 year of experience in an inbound customer call center or similar customer service role
- Must exhibit a polite and professional demeanor with a positive attitude
- Ability to quickly learn complex software applications
- Basic knowledge of major internet browsers and Microsoft Excel and Word
- Internet connection with a minimum speed of 10Mbps down
