Job Summary
Answering inbound calls and responding to client emails, the Seasonal Customer Success Representative will provide exceptional customer service in a fully remote position, assisting with special projects as needed until October 15th, 2026.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls for Arbiter and ArbiterPay while maintaining a polite and attentive demeanor
- Respond to assigned emails within 24 hours and follow up with clients as necessary
- Build strong client relationships and escalate issues to management when required
Required qualifications:
- 0-1 year of experience in an inbound customer call center or customer service role
- Ability to quickly learn complex software applications and assist users effectively
- Proficiency in major internet browsers and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute
- Access to a personal device for multi-factor authentication and a reliable internet connection (minimum 10Mbps down)
