Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer support, the seasonal Customer Success Center Representative will manage inbound calls and emails for Arbiter and ArbiterPay, assisting clients with inquiries and special projects in a fully remote position from July 13th to October 15th, 2026, with potential for permanent status.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone calls and respond to client emails with a polite and attentive attitude
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring timely follow-up on inquiries
- Escalate unresolved issues to management and adhere to defined service levels for customer support
Required qualifications
- 0-1 year of experience in an inbound customer call center or similar customer service role
- Ability to quickly learn complex software applications and assist users effectively
- Basic knowledge of major internet browsers and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute
- Access to a personal device for multi-factor authentication and a reliable internet connection of at least 10Mbps down
