Job Summary
Providing exceptional support to clients, the seasonal Customer Success Center Representative will manage inbound calls and emails while assisting with special projects in a fully remote role from July 27th to October 15th, 2026, with potential for permanent status.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls for Arbiter and ArbiterPay, maintaining a polite and attentive attitude
- Respond to assigned emails within 24 hours and ensure strong follow-up with clients
- Build strong client relationships and escalate issues to management when necessary
Required qualifications
- 0-1 year of experience in an inbound customer call center or similar customer service role
- Ability to quickly learn complex software applications and assist users effectively
- Basic knowledge of major internet browsers and Microsoft Excel and Word
- Organizational skills to maintain clear communication on projects with clients and peers
- Adequate internet connection (minimum of 10Mbps down) and ability to receive MFA texts or calls
