Job Summary

- Resolve customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, escalating issues as necessary

Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer support or customer success, with familiarity in ticketing systems (Zendesk preferred)
- Proactive and self-motivated attitude
- Experience in EdTech or with technical integrations (SFTP, API, etc.)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Quick learning skills and tech-savviness in a dynamic environment
