Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Prior experience in customer support or customer success, with familiarity in ticketing systems (Zendesk preferred)

  • Experience in EdTech or with technical integrations (SFTP, API, etc.)
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Quick learning skills and tech-savviness in a dynamic environment
