Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service, the Seasonal Full-Time Customer Support Associate will assist school communities with book fairs by answering inquiries via phone and email, coordinating book orders, and ensuring smooth operations during the busy season, all while working remotely for 25-35 hours per week from August 31st to November 20, 2026.
Key responsibilities
- Answer customer inquiries and provide personal support to school contacts running book fairs
- Facilitate the distribution of resources and ensure fairs remain stocked throughout their duration
- Update the CRM with resolved customer inquiries and assist internal teams as needed
Required qualifications
- Experience in customer service, particularly via phone and email
- Proficiency in using Google Sheets, Slack, and Salesforce
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Comfort with following documented processes and workflows
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
