Seasonal Customer Support Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Seasonal Sales & Customer Support Representative for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers by taking inbound phone calls and providing effective solutions
• Build relationships with customers and provide guidance on products and services
• Utilize de-escalation techniques and creativity to resolve customer inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail and/or customer service call center preferred
• Must reside within 100 miles of an REI Retail location
• Available to attend a virtual two-week sales and service training class
• Minimum age requirement of 18 years
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with reliable attendance
