Seasonal Customer Support Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Seasonal Sales & Customer Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers by taking inbound phone calls and providing exceptional service
• Build relationships with customers and apply knowledge of outdoor products and gear
• Utilize de-escalation techniques and problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail and/or customer service call center preferred
• Must be available for a two-week sales and service training class
• Reside within 100 miles of an REI Retail location
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with reliable attendance
• Minimum age requirement of 18 years
