Seasonal Customer Support Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Seasonal Sales & Customer Support Representative for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers by taking inbound phone calls and providing exceptional service
• Build relationships and effectively communicate with customers and team members
• Apply knowledge of outdoor products to guide customers and enhance their experience

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail and/or customer service call center preferred
• Ability to efficiently navigate computer systems and screens
• Must attend a two-week sales and service virtual training class
• Must reside within 100 miles of an REI retail location
• Minimum age requirement of 18 years
