Seasonal Customer Support Representative

Job Summary

Passionate about the outdoors, the part-time Seasonal Customer Support Representative will assist customers through inbound calls, providing exceptional service and solutions from a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist customers by taking inbound phone calls and providing guidance on products and services
• Utilize de-escalation techniques and problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries effectively
• Participate in mandatory training sessions to enhance sales and service skills

Required qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail and/or customer service call center preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with reliable attendance, including weekends
• Must reside in a state with an REI Retail location for the duration of the position
• Minimum age requirement of 18 years
• Technical requirements include a compatible computer setup and high-speed wired internet connection
