Job Summary
A company is looking for a contract Frontline Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide phone support and respond to inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Address customer inquiries across multiple channels, including email, chat, and social media
- Resolve customer issues or escalate them to appropriate departments as needed
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience providing phone-based customer support
- Experience with ticketing and customer engagement platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud)
- Customer service experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Must be located in the United States
- Availability for a seasonal contract from February 1 to April 30, 2026
