Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide phone support and respond to inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
  • Address customer inquiries across multiple channels, including email, chat, and social media
  • Resolve customer issues or escalate them to appropriate departments as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience providing phone-based customer support
  • Experience with ticketing and customer engagement platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud)
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Must be located in the United States
  • Availability for a seasonal contract from February 1 to April 30, 2026
