Seasonal Data Entry Specialist

Job Summary

To support the mission of making private education accessible, the temporary Seasonal Data Entry Specialist will perform accurate data entry, request additional information from families, and ensure data accuracy while working remotely through February 28, 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry based on information provided by families, adhering to protocols and standards
• Request additional documentation from families as necessary to ensure complete data entry
• Collaborate with the Director of Support and fellow Data Specialists to enhance team efforts and process improvements

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior experience with data entry strongly preferred
• Familiarity with tax forms (e.g., W-2, 1040) is a plus
• Proficiency in handling numerical data and basic math skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during peak season (October through March)
