Job Summary

A company is looking for a Seasonal Digital Product Implementation Specialist to assist with customer onboarding and digital implementation of K-12 digital products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer order data to manage and track fulfillment of digital products
  • Strategize with school and district administration on integration solutions and provide technical support
  • Lead virtual training sessions for customers on onboarding and implementing digital products
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in implementation, digital product development, or account management in educational technology
  • Familiarity with K-12 rostering, SIS, and LMS solutions
  • Excellent MS Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis features
  • Experience in K-12 education and/or K-12 EdTech
  • High School diploma or equivalent
