Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier I E-commerce Customer Experience Representative (Seasonal) to support client hiring needs during seasonal peaks in the academic year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide omnichannel support via phone, email, live chat, and ticket management
  • Handle inquiries related to logistics, delivery coordination, order status, and billing
  • Resolve standard Tier I issues independently and escalate complex issues to Tier II
Required Qualifications
  • Strong emotional intelligence and resilience in high-pressure environments
  • Ability to deliver policy-based responses with professionalism and empathy
  • Technologically literate with proficiency in Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and CRM systems
