Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tier I E-commerce Customer Experience Representative (Seasonal).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide omnichannel support via phone, email, live chat, and ticket management
- Handle inquiries related to logistics, delivery coordination, order status, and billing
- Resolve standard Tier I issues independently and escalate complex issues to Tier II
Required Qualifications
- Strong emotional intelligence and resilience in high-pressure environments
- Ability to deliver policy-based responses with professionalism and empathy
- Technologically literate with confidence in Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and CRM systems
- Reliable and able to adhere to schedules during peak demand periods
- Comfortable working in structured, SOP-driven environments
