Seasonal EA Support Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting Democratic campaigns and progressive organizations, the full-time Seasonal EA Support Specialist will triage client issues, conduct web-based training, and collaborate with various teams, all while working remotely until the position's expected end date of December 31, 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Triage and resolve client issues through collaboration with sales, product, data, and engineering teams, spending approximately 90% of time on cases and Zoom calls
• Maintain knowledge of primary business lines and provide public training on business and digital tools
• Support assigned clients as a backup to account managers or senior client services personnel

Required qualifications

• At least two years of experience with compliance, fundraising, and/or email tools for political campaigns, unions, or nonprofits
• Experience using NGP8, EveryAction, VAN, or VoteBuilder in an administrative or leadership role
• Demonstrated interest in Democratic and progressive politics, along with strong technical skills
• Previous experience in teaching or training, including mentoring or software support
• Professional phone manner and proven ability to self-motivate
