Seasonal Eligibility Research Representative

Job Summary

Researching and resolving member eligibility verification requests, the seasonal hourly Eligibility Research Representative will work remotely to ensure timely and accurate processing while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Researches and resolves member eligibility requests, maintaining a minimum production level with high accuracy
• Verifies member eligibility through various resources and updates records accordingly
• Participates in peer mentorship and attends meetings to foster teamwork and address departmental issues

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED certificate required
• 1 year of experience with 10 key, typing, and computer skills, with a minimum of 8,000 keystrokes per hour
• Preferred experience in claims processing or eligibility verification
• Strong customer service skills, including experience making outbound calls
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
